This week we're practicing our class rules again. It's important because we were on vacation for 10 days and we have to remember the rules! Here are our class rules:
We are starting a new study in math. We did subtracting today! We played subtraction games with dice: Five in a Row (like Bingo) and Roll and Record. We played one game then we switched.
We didn't have recess for a long time because there was a blizzard over vacation. The recess yard is all covered in snow and ice. We are really excited to have outside recess next week! Next week we are going to go outside again, but today we couldn't.
Today we had reading buddies. They were being good to us. The fourth graders read story books from their classroom. Then, when they were done we read storybooks from our room.
Right now it's snowing, and snow is even coming down into our classroom from the open window!
